Terms of Service
Effective 30 October 2026.
Agreeing to these terms
By registering an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register.
The service
This site is a free place to play the card game 56 online with friends — tables, groups, chat, replays and BOT players. Tokens used inside the game are game points only: they have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or redeemed for anything outside the game, and may be adjusted or withdrawn to keep the game fair.
Your games and the BOT players
The games played here — the bids and the cards played, including games brought over from the old site — are recorded so you can see your match history and replays. They are also used to teach and test the site's BOT players. Only the bids and cards are used for this, never your chat or your account details.
Your account
- Register with an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person, please.
- You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Playing fair
- Be civil in chat — this is a game between friends. Every message is checked automatically before it is shown: one that is abusive, hateful, sexual, spam, or shares someone's private details is refused, and repeated refusals pause your chat for a day. The site administrator can also pause a player's chat.
- No cheating: no sharing your hand with a partner outside the game, and no unauthorized programs playing on your behalf.
- Accounts that spoil the game for others can be suspended or closed.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, free of charge, and without any guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Features may change, be added or be removed.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site's operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a free game service — including lost match history, tokens or availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
